1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Large equipment orders may take longer.

2. Delivery Time

  • UK Standard: 2–5 business days
  • UK Express: 1–2 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

3. Shipping Charges

Calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and delivery location.

4. Tracking

Customers receive tracking details after dispatch.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

Report within 48 hours with photos and order details. Replacement or refund may be provided.

6. Returns Policy

Eligible

  • Within 14 days
  • Unused, unopened, original packaging
  • Order number required

  • Clearance items

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed in 5–7 business days after inspection.
